i am 18 yrs. old and a full time student. i lovw horse-backriding, going to the gym, any physical activity. i've had the feelings of an ed for a while and really need help initiating the "not eating" process and i would just love for someone to explain to me how things basically work becuase i am kind of lost right now. however i am very committed and am willing to to everything. i am on winter break right now and have about three more weeks left so i feel that now would be a grat time to start because i won't have to worry about school. i know that i have the discipline to be anorexic and i want to be but i'm just nervous about starting. help!!
